Monica has 7 years of experience in Human Resources in BPO and IT industries.
Prior to joining QVC Realty, she worked at Accenture and was responsible for partnering with a business that comprised of over 600 employees of a financial services BPO team. Her responsibilities included handling the entire employee life-cycle management, ensuring that attrition levels were below set levels, and maintaining high levels of employee engagement.
Previously, Monica worked with LGSI, where she handled special projects for HR. Her focus included ensuring that the prevalent work culture flourished to encompass the quick ramp-ups. Her other deliverables included conducting employee surveys, training programs, and culture-building activities. Prior to that, she has worked for four years with 24/7Customer. Being among the early entrants in the organization, she had extensive exposure to all facets of HR and was part of the core HR team that supported HR practices as the organization scaled from 100 to 4000 people across 3 locations.
Monica has a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and an MBA in HR from Bhopal University.
