    Require Direct Sales Executive/ Sales Executive from real estate background

    Roles:


    1.Channel Sales

  • Competition tracking & analysis to activate new channel partners for the company
  • Ensure organization of events and follow up with channel partners on site visits with clients
  • Delivering the CP activation and walk-in target on monthly basis
  • Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events

    • 2.Direct Sales

  • Achieve growth and meet sales targets.
  • Manage daily routine calls for site visits and effectively plan the same
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Attending Walk ins and Close deals with the help of sales head
  • Strong follow up with customers to close the sales and post sales activities
  • Delivering the collection target on monthly basis
  • Good communication and presentation skills and ability to develop strong relationships with clients
  • Representing the company at Exhibitions, Trade Shows and Property Expos.
  • Maintain frequent reviews and reports of the meeting with Site/sales head..

    • Desired Candidate Profile

    Good communication skills in Hindi and English Relevant experience of at least 6 months/1 year (preferably from real estate) Working on Holidays and Sundays (Weekly off will be on weekdays)

    EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

    Postgraduate/ Graduate or any other relevant professional qualification.
